Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During high-demand periods (such as sales or festivals), processing times may be slightly extended, but we always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Once your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Locations: 4–8 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other external factors.
Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1700.
A nominal shipping charge may apply on smaller orders or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Shipping fees will be clearly visible at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can use this link to track your order’s status in real time.
Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier service will attempt to deliver the order again. If delivery attempts fail multiple times, the order may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping the product.
Packaging & Safety
All D’vibex products are securely packed using protective materials like bubble wrap to prevent any damage during transit. We follow strict hygiene and quality standards for packaging.
